“You are already so much greater than you think you are. I see you and I believe in you. Take a deep breath, put your hand on your heart and smile. You are already so lovely.”
Bradlee Zrudlo

My name is Bradlee Zrudlo and I sincerely welcome you to my blog. I’m so pumped to have put this blog together and I’m even more excited that you are taking the time to read it.
I love writing about who I am and what I am learning about myself as I work towards getting a PhD in Being Me. Here are a few examples of what I write about:
- living as a sensitive, joyous empath who loves helping others
- living with chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety and learning what they have to teach me
- overcoming my perfectionist and people pleasing tendencies
- uncovering all the beautiful aspects of myself, even the ones I was previously ashamed of
- becoming an expert in self-care, self-love, self-empowerment, self-reflection and personal growth
- embracing all of me.
I am discovering that there is so much peace in pursuing a higher education in the art and science of being me. I used to focus so much on what others wanted from me and what I thought was expected of me. That way of life was exhausting and my heart has been leading me back to me. May my reflections, learnings and observations help uplift, nurture and support you.
My ultimate goals are to share my heart with as many people as possible through sharing my experiences in developing more love, care and compassion for myself. With every word I type, may my love and care and words reach as many people as possible to encourage them to focus on their sweetie selves.
Big hugs!
Bradlee (she/her)
“I’ve finally figured out that my goal is to get a “PhD in Being Me”, not in being anyone else, but just me. Thank goodness for that!”

More about me:
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, friend, poet, homeschooler. I am a heterosexual, cisgender woman of Lebanese and Italian ancestry. I speak English and French and I have lived in Canada my whole life. I strive to be an ally by educating myself on the challenges, struggles, and systemic issues that are preventing true equity. I humbly admit that I have a lot more to learn.
I am writing this blog from the traditional, un-ceded and un-surrendered territory of the Anishinabek peoples. This land was sold to the British without the authority of the Anishinabek Nation through the Crawford Purchase in 1783, and it has been disputed for over 200 years. I honor their peoples, past and present and I commit to continuing my learning journey to help achieve true and meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples and to take care of this precious land I live on.
With every day that passes, may you be blessed to love your sweetie self more than ever, no matter how good or shitty you feel.”
