Thank you Bradlee for sharing video made my heart smile. I love hearing you laugh filled with so much light. What a wonderful reminder we all need to do. Resting to reset is something I often struggle with until I get to the point of mental and physical exhaustion. Now learning to be mindful listening to my body and soul when rest is needed. I too used to exhaust myself, now I only get there during stressful times or if I haven’t slept well, those are both big ones for me! I wish you much restorative time xoxoxoxo
